SKM Level 3-Executive Secretaryship (FB-025-3)
This 12 months program provides trainees the skills and techniques required to meet the operational requirements of administrative and support sector.
Trainees learn about how to handle administrative support tasks for their functional areas with a significant degree of independent judgment, responsible for carrying out administrative and office secretarial duties, frequently of a complex, highly sensitive, and confidential nature in an assigned functional area, often in a rapidly changing environment. They may also lead a small number of staff and perform technical duties in support of assigned operations in the establishments to provide the best of product and services to their company. They work in comfortable office settings following regular office hours but may be required to work extra hours to fulfil internal and external requirement. They must also learn their competency on the job as they gain experience for career advancement.
This SKM program in Global Institute of Studies (GIS) is recognized by Ministry of Human Resource (MOHR) and is accredited by Department of Skills Development (JPK– Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran).

- Perbadanan Tabung Pembangunan Kemahiran (PTPK)/ Skills Development Fund Corporation
A statutory corporation managed by the Ministry of Human Resources to provide loans for those individuals who undergo skills trainings at accredited training centres. This loan is applicable to trainees under Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM) Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM).

Selected qualified trainees may receive financial assistance from GIS Industrial Partners.
